Philanthropy

Einstein HR is committed to supporting the communities we serve, whether in the form of cash contributions, community partnerships or volunteerism. Your organization might be eligible for an Einstein HR philanthropic donation or volunteer effort if your organization meets the following requirement:

  • Qualifies for nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
  • Benefits the local communities served by Einstein HR
  • Demonstrates sound and responsible financial policies and management
  • Satisfies Einstein HR that the project is not an unnecessary duplication

As a rule, we do not make contributions for:

  • Funds for individuals
  • Projects of a political nature
  • Individual primary or secondary schools
  • Scholarships
  • Religious organizations for sectarian purposes
  • Special-occasion or goodwill advertising
  • Loans or investments
  • Auctions, raffles or opportunity drawings
  • Team sponsorships or fundraising competitions
  • Production of films, videotapes, recordings, publications or displays
  • Merchandise promotions
  • Conferences or conventions

If your organization or program meets the eligibility requirements, please submit in writing:

  • A concise description, including purpose and objectives
  • Amount of request
  • Proof of nonprofit status under Internal Revenue Code
  • List of officers and directors
  • History of organization

Einstein HR makes decisions on philanthropic giving at the end of each year for the following year. Requests must be received by November 1 for the following year. Organizations will be notified in January of the status of their request.
